Yes. The Audit is a standalone piece of work at a fixed €395 excl. VAT. Booking it puts you under no obligation to build anything afterwards.
Q. What if the Audit finds nothing worth automating?
Then we say so. Establishing that AI is not the answer for a given process is a legitimate result, and it saves you from spending on a build that would not have paid for itself.
Q. What do you need from us during the Audit?
A few short sessions with the people who actually do the work, and a look at the tools they use. Nothing to prepare, and nobody technical. Most Audits run in one to two weeks.
Q. How is the Audit different from a discovery call?
The discovery call is free and short. It establishes whether there is an automation case worth pursuing at all. The Audit is the paid analysis that follows, where the actual workflows are mapped and the opportunities are weighed.
Q. Is the €395 deducted from the implementation?
No. The Audit is invoiced and settled on its own. If you decide to go ahead with an implementation afterwards, that is quoted and charged separately.
