How it works

Six stages, and you always know what happens next.

Most AI projects stay vague about what actually happens and when. This is the whole sequence: what happens at each stage, what you get, what we need from you, and what each stage costs.

The process

From a first call to a system that runs.

The first stage costs nothing. The second is fixed at €395. Everything after that is quoted only once we both know what the work is.

    About 30 minutes

    Discovery call

A short call about how your business actually runs: what your team spends its days on, where the work piles up, and what you have already tried. Nothing needs preparing beforehand.

    You get
A straight answer on whether there is an automation case worth paying to investigate.
    We need
Half an hour with whoever knows how the work runs day to day.
  2. Your decision

    After the call

If there is no case worth pursuing, you hear it on this call and that is where it ends. Nothing is invoiced.

    Audit

We map the processes your team runs day to day, step by step, with the people who run them. Then we separate the work where AI genuinely helps from the work where it would only add cost and complexity. Both halves of that list are useful. See what the Audit covers.

    You get
A written Audit: your workflows as they run today, the opportunities we found, and what each one is judged to be worth. Read a complete example Audit.
    We need
A few short sessions with the people doing the work, and a look at the tools they use.
  4. 03 Part of the Audit
    One walkthrough

    Opportunity Map

We take you through the map in a single session: the process as it runs now, the proposed workflow beside it, and the value the change is expected to create. It is deliberately visual, because seeing them side by side is how you check the work against what you already know.

    You get
A prioritized map of opportunities, yours to act on with us or without us.
    We need
An hour, and your pushback wherever the map does not match reality.
  5. 04 Free
    Fixed quote

    Proposal

We put a plan and a price on the opportunity you want to pursue first: what gets built, how it fits the systems you already use, what it takes to keep running, and what it does not cover. In plain language, with no oversell.

    You get
A written scope and a fixed quote for the build, plus the monthly cost of keeping it running.
    We need
A decision on which opportunity goes first.
  6. Your decision

    After the Audit

Plenty of clients stop here, with the Audit and the map in hand and nothing built. That is a normal outcome, not a failed project.

  7. 05 Quoted per project

    Implementation

We build the solution and integrate it with the systems your team already works in. You see it working as it comes together rather than at a reveal at the end, so corrections happen while they are still cheap. Then we roll it out with the people who will use it.

    You get
A working solution in production, documentation of how it runs, and your team trained on it.
    We need
Access to the relevant systems, and one person on your side to answer questions as they come up.
  8. 06 Monthly
    Ongoing

    Optimization

Once it is live we monitor it, fix what breaks, keep it current as your tools and the underlying models change, and make small improvements as your process shifts. An automation that is left alone quietly stops matching the business it was built for. It is charged monthly and quoted together with the implementation.

    You get
Monitoring, maintenance and a monthly account of what changed and why.
    We need
A heads up when your process changes, so the automation can change with it.

Questions

About the process, specifically.

Pricing is set out on the homepage, and the Audit has its own questions page.

Q. How long does the whole thing take?

From the first call to a written Audit is usually a matter of weeks rather than months. An implementation depends on what is being built, which is why its timeline is part of the proposal rather than a promise made before we know the work.

Q. Do we need someone technical on our side?

No. We need the people who know how the work runs, not people who know how to build software. One contact to answer questions during the build is enough.

Q. How much of my team's time does this take?

Most of it sits in the Audit: a few short sessions with the people doing the work. After that it is an hour for the walkthrough and occasional questions during the build.

Q. Can we stop after the Audit?

Yes. The Audit is a standalone piece of work, invoiced on its own. Anything after it is quoted and approved before any work starts.

Q. Do you work with the software we already use?

Yes. Anything we build is integrated with the tools your team already works in. Replacing your systems is not part of this, because adoption is what makes the value real.

Q. What happens if something breaks after it is live?

That is what the optimization stage covers: monitoring, fixes and updates once the solution is running, charged monthly and quoted alongside the implementation.

Start with the stage that costs nothing.

A short call is enough to establish whether there is an automation case worth pursuing in your business. If there isn't one, you'll hear that instead.
