As CTO you own Aivonto's technical strategy and the development of reliable AI solutions and automations for our clients.

You turn business problems into technical solutions that actually run, and you decide how they are built.

Aivonto.com helps small and medium-sized businesses find where AI can realistically save time or create value, and then builds it into the systems they already use. Strategy, implementation and ongoing optimisation, from one team.

We are an early-stage company. You would be joining at the start, with the room and the responsibility that comes with that, and without a large organisation around you.

Design and build AI agents, workflows and automations.

Develop and maintain API integrations and connections between business systems.

Turn business problems into technical solutions that work.

Look after technical architecture, security, reliability and scalability.

Build prototypes, and develop them into production-ready solutions where needed.

Help decide the technical roadmap and Aivonto's future technical direction.

You have strong technical and analytical skills.

You have hands-on experience with programming, AI tools, APIs, automation or software development.

You can build solutions independently and explain the technical choices behind them.

You are entrepreneurial and willing to take responsibility.

This is a partner role, not a salaried position. It is meant for someone who may want to build Aivonto as a long-term business partner.

Time commitment, responsibilities, any compensation and possible equity are discussed individually and openly, and agreed in writing before you commit to anything.
