What to expect

What working here actually involves.

A plain picture of the company as it is today, not as we hope it will look in five years.

  • A company at its start. Our services, processes and ways of working are still taking shape, and you help shape them.
  • Close to the client. You work directly on the problems of the businesses we help, and on how our services develop, not several layers away from either.
  • Room for initiative, and the responsibility that comes with it. There is no layer of management to pass decisions to. Taking ownership is part of the work.
  • A say in where it goes. Strategy, processes and how Aivonto grows are open for discussion with the people who build it.
  • Remote-first. We work remotely and agree practical arrangements that suit the team and the client projects at hand.

Two ways to work with us

Partner or freelancer: two different things.

The difference matters, so we keep it explicit from the first conversation.

Partner roles: CTO, CRO/CCO, CSO

For people who may want to build Aivonto with us as a long-term business partner. These are not regular salaried jobs.

Time commitment, responsibilities, any compensation and possible equity are discussed individually and openly, and put in writing before anyone commits.

Freelance project work

For developers who want to build, test and maintain AI automations and integrations on specific client projects. Every assignment is paid, at a rate agreed before you start.

It is not a co-founder role: you take on work per assignment, as client projects come in.
